Postage is a flat fee of $10, free shipping offered for orders of $70 AUD or more.
Australia orders will be delivered within 4 working days, for orders placed before 3pm.
New Zealand orders will be delivered within 6 working days, for orders placed before 3pm. We can ship to street addresses only, NO post boxes please.

Can I ship my order to a third party address?

MARSK understands that you may want to send our wonderful products to a special someone or just an alternative address. This can be easily achieved at the checkout stage of your order, where you will be able to amend the delivery address. The recipient of your wonderful gift will not be aware of its cost, as this will remain visible to the purchaser only.

I have not received my order, what should I do?

You will receive an order receipt upon completion of an order at our website. Please keep this information for your records. If you have a query about the delivery of your order, please email our team at customer-care@marsk.com.au, where we would love to assist you with your enquiry.

Can I get samples of MARSK products?

At the moment, the following products are available for purchase from the MARSK store in a convenient sample size (which is also super convenient if you’re travelling):
Marsk Mineral Flawless Foundation, Marsk Mineral Blush, Marsk Mineral Bronzer.

Is my personal and credit card information secure?

Your privacy and security are very important to us and we take all reasonable steps to ensure that your details are kept secure at all times. MARSK respects your privacy and it is our strict policy to NOT provide any of your personal details to any third party. As well have having a security certificate in place; we are proactive in reporting any/all instances of attempted fraud to appropriate authorities.

I live outside Australia and New Zealand, can I still place an order for your wonderful products?

If you wish to place an order for delivery outside of Australia and New Zealand, please email our helpful team on customer-care@marsk.com.au.We will endeavour to assist in providing details on individual shipping options outside of our standard territories.
